61.3 percent of total value of Iran’s non-oil goods has been exported to 10 countries including United Arab Emirates, China, Iraq, India, Japan, Singapore, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Germany during the 9 months of the current Iranian calendar year ( started at March 21 2006).
According to the reports, UAE with share of 16 percent of total value of Iran’s non-oil exports allocated the highest volume of the mentioned exports to itself. It should be stressed that during the aforementioned period , more than 3.6 million tons of goods worthy of 1.7 billion dollars have been exported to the United Arab Emirates.
The report indicates that China with importation of 5.9 million tons of goods worthy of 1.2 billion dollars acquired the second rank. In other words 11.1 percent of total value of Iran’s exportable items has been dispatched to China during the mentioned 9 months of the current Iranian Year.
Iraq with import of 1.5 million tons of goods worthy of 849.5 million dollars and 7.6 percent of total value of Iran’s exports obtained the third rank.
During the above-mentioned period India with $604.2m, Japan with $598.7m, Singapore with $504m, Italy with $484.4m, Saudi Arabia with $277m, Afghanistan with $276m and Germany with $244.2m were the other main importers of Iranian non-oil goods.
Based on this report, Netherlands, Pakistan, Turkey, Russian Federation, Kuwait, Azerbaijan, Korean republic, Hong Kong, and Syria can be regarded as the other main importers.
