1-Being & subject of the Islamic Republic of Iran and faithful to it.
2-Having no criminal records and not being deprived of any serial rights.
3-No records of bankruptcy as a result of failure or dishonesty.
4-No connections to the previous Regina or tendency to parties or organizations opposed to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
5-No addiction to narcotics and not being infamous.
6-Holding at least 8 Guidance school (Year 8) and for those already having & record holding & the mantyement board holding 8 Years certificate.
-Maximum age is 65 (at the time of enrollment.
Eligibility for the jury/voters:
-Every business man/woman possessing a valid business permit has the right to take part in the Management board Elections of the union.
-To participate in the elections, it is necessary to province the original or copy the membership papers of the union signifying the personal information hombres and the date of issue of the permit.
