Deputy of Inspection and Monitoring 

 General Considerations:
In accordance with act No 3890/X dated July 20, 1994 of the expediency council of the government which was approved by the cabinet composed of ministers, the Monitoring organization monitoring prices and the distribution of goods and services under the supervision of the minister of trade was established.
Goal: Monitoring prices and the distribution of goods and services

Duties and Authorities:
-Monitoring prices and the distribution of goods and services in all the sectors (governmental, cooperative, private, and other organizations) including export and import.
-Following the monitoring of the prices in all the cases such as announcing the approved prices, issuing invoices and attaching price tags.
-Monitoring the manufacturing plan and the commodity and services distribution network in the manufacturing units.
-Monitoring the efficiency of observing regulations governing the distribution of goods.
-Gathering information and statistics from all the manufacturing and distributive units and importers of goods and services subject to the low (including real and legal persons).
-Receiving objections and monitoring and investigating violations related to prices and the distribution of manufacturing and imported goods.
-Proposing the goods and services for pricing and monitoring
-Monitoring and investigating the above violations by the law “Tazeerat” of the government in the following cases:
Swindling or overcharging, selling underweight, hoarding, the provision of goods out of the network …
-Taking the necessary measures to implement the instructions and investigative and inspection methods for all the goods and related services.
-Monitoring the gathering of statistics and information from all manufacturing and distributive units, importers, the related services, storage, and warehouses in the framework of notes from the central organization.
-Organizing the security unit of the general office in accordance with the directions and notes issued by the security of the central organization.
-Investigating the status of violation files and sending them out to the governments Tazeerat courts
-Taking the necessary measures to establish the steady relationship with people, the press, Identifying the deputy for inspection and monitoring, setting the goals of the organization.
-Sending the organized files of the deputy of inspection to the governmental Tazeerat office of the province.
